All of our swim lessons are personalized to the swimmer.
Each of the lesson types below can be taught as a private or semi-private lesson.
Our lessons are taught by Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructors
and follow the Red Cross curriculum for water safety.
Parent and Child
Parent and Child swim lessons are great for infants and toddlers to get comfortable being in the water. A parent will join the instructor in the pool and learn how to safely teach their child in the water.
Stroke Development
Stroke Development is for our swimmers who want to refine their swimming techniques. Many of these swimmers are on a competitive swim team or are looking to join one. The objective of these lessons are to improve the swimmer's technique.
Pre-School Aquatics
For swimmers who have some experience in the water, but may not yet know how to fully swim on their own. They will learn all four swim strokes and how to effectively and safely swim on their own.
Learn-to-Swim
For swimmers who have some experience in the water, but may not yet know how to fully swim on their own. They will learn all four swim strokes and how to effectively and safely swim on their own.
Adult Swim
It's never too late to learn how to swim! Adult swim lessons are for adults who are interested in learning how to swim, or how to swim to stay active. The objective of this course to to teach swimmers how to safely and effectively perform the four swim strokes.
