Lifeguard Initial Certification
This course prepares participants with the essential skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies, including water rescues, CPR/AED, and first aid.
Prerequisites: Minimum age of 15 by the last day of the course and successful completion of the required swimming and skills pretest.

Lifeguard Re-Certification
Designed for currently certified lifeguards, this course refreshes and updates critical lifeguarding skills and knowledge.
Prerequisites: A current Red Cross Lifeguarding certification (within the accepted recertification timeframe) and successful completion of the recertification pretest.

Water Safety Instructor Certification
This course trains individuals to teach Red Cross swimming and water safety programs, focusing on effective instruction, stroke mechanics, and safety skills.
Prerequisites: Minimum age of 16 by the last day of the course, ability to perform all Level 4 swimming skills, and successful completion of the Water Safety Instructor pretest.
